Feijoada Kosher?!

Yes! I made it! Feijoada is a traditional Brazilian dish made of black beans; sun-dried beef slabs, pork loins and ribs and sausage. If you know me well enough, you’d know that Feijoada is one of my favorite foods. According to the Jewish dietary laws, I am not supposed to eat pork meat. So, I mixed turkey sausage and kielbasa. Just a note, I used the turkey kielbasa from Hillshire Farm.
The result was great! I invited some of my Brazilian friends and they loved it!
I am very proud of my culinary accomplishments! Next step, kosher stroganoff!
