It's mitzvah!
If you are also going through the conversion process, you will understand my comment….. I never thought I would read so much about Judaism. I finished reading this book some time ago: It’s a mitzvah! Step by step to Jewish living. The author advocates a gradual approach to the Jewish living. I totally agree with this. I would have rejected the idea of conversion if I had to commit myself to change from what I eat to what I do on weekends at once. As I am going little by little, I can enjoy the journey of conversion. By the end of the book, I got bored because some steps are too obvious for me – like the chapter “visiting the sick” in which the author writes that we should call the sick before making the visit and that it should not be too long. Anyway, it is worth reading.

Hi! I was browsing through the blogs that came up in my search for "jewish conversion" and stumbled across yours. :)
Out of curiousity, is "It's A Mitzvah" written from a frum or non-frum perspective? I had heard of the book, but I like to know a little about the background/perspective of the author before getting too immersed.
Anyway, I enjoyed reading some of your previous posts. Take care and have a good shabbos!
